Growing as a Pastry Professional
Continuing Education classes are designed to explore different techniques from various aspects of pastry. These three-day intensive training courses are offered to Pastry and Culinary professionals who want to improve their skills, expand their knowledge but above all to develop their own style. Classes are limited to 12 pastry professionals to allow individual attention in a hands-on setting. Classroom collaboration between peers and sharing of ideas creates a creative and inspirational setting.
Students are taught by MOF Stephane Treand and visiting Pastry Chef Instructors internationally recognized for their expertise with innovative methods and techniques. All equipment and tools are provided along with ingredients however we encourage students to bring their own tool kit for specialized classes.

These workshops require no previous experience, but a desire to learn in a fun and professional environment is expected.
